Ball diameter and overall height

The foliage is approximately 40cm across, while the complete plant, including the short trunk and spike, measures around 60cm high. The distinction matters when choosing pots: part of the overall height will sit inside the container or ground, so the finished display will not stand a full 60cm above the surface.

The selected version is green boxwood, with small leaves clustered around the rounded framework. There are no flowers or lights. The mix of leaf tones and the visible short trunk add texture, giving you a slightly more plant-like profile than a sphere resting directly on a pot rim.

Position them where the shape can be seen

Ground spikes are included for anchoring the plants into a suitable filled container or garden position. Decorative pots are not supplied, leaving you free to choose a pair that suits the house. Tall, narrow planters give the display a formal feel; broad, low containers make it look more relaxed.

Check the support before placing the pair in an exposed spot. The spike needs a firm hold, and a freestanding planter should be stable enough for the size of the foliage above it.
