Leaf red artificial poinsettia in a weighted pot (40cm)

Description

An easy place for Christmas colour

This Leaf poinsettia brings the rich red and green of a traditional Christmas plant to an indoor display. Velvet-touch red flower shapes sit above green fabric leaves, creating a simple seasonal accent for a sideboard, console or quiet corner of the living room. Its appeal is the familiar plant shape, which can sit alongside your existing decorations without needing a whole new scheme around it.

The plant stands approximately 40cm tall overall. Its wired stems can be arranged to suit the space, opening to around 35cm across when spread. That flexibility is useful when you want a slightly narrower shape beside a lamp or a fuller outline on a more generous table.

A practical pot to dress your own way

It arrives in a weighted black plastic pot, approximately 12.5cm in diameter and 11cm high. This holds the plant ready for display and provides a compact base that can fit inside an outer planter. The black container is functional and understated, leaving you the choice of showing it as it is or giving it a more decorative surround.

A gold-toned pot would bring warmth to the red flowers, while a white or cream container would soften the effect. An outer planter is not included. If you use one you already own, check its internal width and depth so the nursery-style pot sits securely rather than balancing on the rim.

Shape before choosing the final angle

Open the wired stems gently after unpacking, working from the lower foliage towards the red heads. Turning the pot as you go helps you see any gaps and decide which side should face into the room. You can keep the outline quite upright or spread the branches to make more of the flower shapes.

Customers have enjoyed using this as a lasting Christmas plant, including where they have struggled with living poinsettias. Views on close-up realism are mixed, and one owner preferred it after placing the black pot inside a decorative cover and arranging the stems. It is best chosen as a convenient seasonal decoration that you can style to suit your room.

Keep the display indoors

This poinsettia is for indoor use and is not suitable for outdoor displays. It needs no watering, feeding or special daylight, so its position can be chosen for the room rather than for growing conditions. A little occasional dusting keeps the leaves and flowers tidy through the season.

Move it by supporting the pot and leave room around the red heads when storing it after Christmas. A box that protects the branches without squeezing them tightly will make the next display easier to arrange. The supplied piece is one plant in its weighted black pot, ready for your own finishing touches.
