Homcom purple lavender double-ball topiary trees (pair, 70cm)

Description

Purple lavender flowers bring a cheerful change to the usual green topiary. These Homcom trees have two rounded foliage tiers on each stem, with little purple spikes tucked among pointed green leaves. Supplied as a pair, they make a colourful frame for a doorway or a compact decorative feature beside a garden seat.

Two tiers in a compact size

Each tree stands approximately 70cm tall overall. The two foliage balls measure around 20cm and 25cm across, giving the design a pleasing change of scale from bottom to top. A visible section of stem separates the tiers so the shape remains distinct, even when viewed from across a patio.

The artificial leaves have a lively, pointed form, while the small lavender-style flowers add colour without covering the greenery completely. This is the purple version in the two-tier size. Other sizes and finishes are available, so there is room to choose a different effect elsewhere without needing to alter this pair.

Ready-potted and easy to position

Both trees arrive in small pots with cement weighting. A faux moss finish covers the surface at the base, making them look tidy if you leave the original containers visible. The supporting structure includes a steel core, and the foliage is made from artificial material with UV protection.

No assembly is required. The pair can be unpacked and positioned after a gentle tidy of any leaves or flowers that have been compressed. Avoid flattening the purple spikes into the greenery; lifting them slightly helps the colour show and gives the surface a more natural texture.

A little colour for a low-maintenance entrance

Customers appreciate the fullness and bright appearance of the lavender design. It is a useful option where you want the feeling of a flowering plant without waiting for a short season of bloom. The permanent purple colour works especially well against pale walls, grey planters and weathered timber.

At 70cm, these are fairly small trees. They can sit beside a low step or in a sheltered porch without dominating the space. A taller outer planter can give them more presence, but check the stability of the complete arrangement and avoid raising them on a narrow or uneven support.

Keeping the pair looking its best

The trees are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. For a windy position, larger outer containers with suitable ballast can improve stability; the small weighted pots are useful bases but do not remove the need to consider the conditions. Additional planters and stones are not supplied.

Dust the leaves and flower tips gently from time to time, and keep the stems clear of door swings or passing bags. There is no watering, feeding or seasonal cutting back to do. The two rounded tiers hold their shape, while the lavender flowers provide a friendly touch of colour whenever you come home.
