Red and white rose artificial topiary balls (pair, 28cm)

Description

A little red and white can make an entrance feel instantly more cheerful. These Christow rose topiary balls mix the two flower colours among green leaves, creating a decorative pair with more warmth than plain boxwood. Their round shape keeps the display orderly, while the small blooms provide plenty to look at when you pass through the door.

A lively mix of rose colours

Each sphere has 202 artificial flowers arranged across a 28cm ball. The red roses provide the strongest colour, with white blooms breaking up the surface and lifting the overall effect. Green foliage remains part of the design, helping the flowers look like a complete planting feature rather than an isolated cluster of petals.

The combination works well beside dark front doors, simple white paintwork or red brick. It can also suit a small courtyard where you want colour at eye level without taking up floor space. Other rose colour combinations are available in the range; this pair is the mixed red and white version.

Hanging hardware is part of the set

Each ball comes with a powder-coated steel triple chain and hook. The complete hanging drop is approximately 40cm, so allow for that height when planning the position beneath a bracket. The ball itself is 28cm across. Leaving a little clear space around the foliage will help preserve the rounded outline and stop the flowers brushing against rough walls.

The chains can be removed if you prefer a planter display. A simple, solid-colour container gives the roses room to be the main feature. Use the two spheres to mark an entrance, place them at opposite ends of a bench or repeat the same colour in separate parts of a patio. Containers and wall brackets are not part of the set.

A little preparation before hanging

The spheres are supplied in two halves and join with popper-style fasteners. Customers have found the clips quite firm, so take time to align the sections and work around the seam steadily. Once the shape is secure, adjust any leaves or flowers that have been tucked under during packing.

Owners of the red and white pair have enjoyed the colour and presence of the finished balls, with one finding them more substantial than expected. Measuring your intended spot beforehand is still the best way to picture their scale.

Colour beyond the flowering season

The faux flowers and foliage are made from UV-protected polyethylene and can be used indoors or outside. There are no spent blooms to remove and no watering routine to keep up with. A gentle clean will help the white flowers stay bright. For a porch that feels a little bare once summer baskets are gone, this pair offers a colourful, easy-to-coordinate alternative with a pleasingly neat shape.
