This HomeKaren design measures approximately 60cm across and combines mixed greenery with red and gold decorations and 50 LED lights. Plenty to enjoy in the greenery

There are 150 mixed branch tips, including cedar- and fern-style foliage, which create several different textures around the ring. Red and gold baubles sit among berries and pinecones, while round peppermint-style ornaments add a cheerful sweet-shop note. The colours are coordinated already, so the wreath can work as a complete display without needing extra decorations.

At around 60cm in diameter and 15cm deep, this is a fairly substantial piece. Its listed weight is approximately 1.61kg, so choose a secure hanging point and a hook or hanger rated for the load. Check the available door width as well as the space between the wreath and any neighbouring wall when the door opens.

An evening glow on a daily timer

The 50 fitted LED lights bring the arrangement to life after dusk. Battery power lets you display it without a trailing mains lead, which is particularly useful on a door or above a hallway console. Three AA batteries are needed and are not supplied with the wreath.

The timer follows a six-hour-on and 18-hour-off cycle. Set it up at the time you would like the evening display to begin, then let that daily rhythm take care of the lights. It is a small convenience, but a welcome one during a busy December when there are plenty of other things to remember.

Take a little time to open it out

The foliage needs arranging after unpacking. Work around the wreath, lifting and separating the branches so the ornaments sit naturally among them. Look at it from the front as you go; the aim is a balanced circle with the lights and decorations visible, rather than all the tips lying in the same direction.
