Colourful artificial daisy window boxes with little ladybirds (pair, 30cm)

Description

Two cheerful little flower boxes

White picket fences, bright daisies and tiny red ladybirds give these XONOR window boxes a playful cottage-garden feel. They are a lovely fit for an indoor windowsill that needs a bit of colour, especially if you enjoy a display with small details to notice. The white wooden boxes keep the mixed flowers looking fresh and help the brighter petals stand out.

You receive two boxes, so there is room to make a matching pair or put a little colour in two different places. The flowers arrive separately for you to arrange. That is part of the appeal here: you can place your favourite colours at the front, vary the heights and make each box look slightly different, rather than being tied to a fixed arrangement.

A small arrangement you put together yourself

Each set contains a wooden fence-style box, 20 artificial daisy stems and 10 little ladybird decorations. Across the pair, that means 40 stems and 20 ladybirds. The fence boxes come with a foam insert to hold the stems, and the ladybirds can be added to the fence or among the flowers for a finishing touch.

The arrangements combine silk-style flowers with plastic and metal components. Flower colours are supplied as a mixed assortment, usually with four to six bright shades, and can vary between batches. The photographs give a good impression of the colourful effect, but the exact balance of pink, purple, orange, red, yellow and white should not be treated as a fixed recipe.

Check the size and choose a dry spot

Each fence box measures approximately 30cm long, 7.5cm deep and 8cm high. The stems are roughly 14–20cm long, with the final height depending on how deeply you place them and how you arrange the flowers. These are compact decorative boxes, so they suit a modest windowsill or shelf better than a large exterior ledge that needs a substantial trough.

Keep the wooden containers away from water and rain. We would choose a dry indoor setting for this pair. A kitchen sill, a bright dining-room shelf or a small decorative display would let you enjoy the colour without exposing the wood to wet weather.

What customers like about them

Several buyers describe the flowers as cheerful and colourful, and the little ladybirds receive affectionate mentions too. One reviewer enjoyed arranging the flowers themselves so that their favourite colours faced forwards. Another said each box took only a few minutes to put together, while a buyer choosing them as a gift felt that the small size suited the recipient’s space particularly well.

Not everyone loves the finish: a less enthusiastic reviewer found the flowers cheap-looking, and size is a recurring point to check carefully. These are light-hearted decorative arrangements rather than a large, densely planted garden trough. Packaging can flatten the stems or leave an initial smell, so gently reshape the flowers and allow them to air after unpacking.
