Koeydxst narrow artificial ivy screening roll (3m x 50cm)

Description

A narrow strip of greenery for smaller spaces

Sometimes it is only one part of the garden that needs attention: a low fence, a bare strip beside a patio or an awkward corner behind the pots. This Koeydxst screen is just 50cm high, making it a useful alternative to a full-height covering. The three-metre length gives you room to run the foliage along a boundary while leaving the rest of the view open.

The roll has pointed green ivy-style leaves on a flexible mesh backing. Made from polyethylene, it weighs approximately 420g, so it is easy to handle while planning the layout. There is no soil-filled container to find space for and no need to train stems across a support as the seasons pass.

Soften the background without taking over

One customer bought this screen specifically to hide an unattractive corner and found it straightforward to install. Another was initially unsure about the fairly light green colour and open coverage, but liked it much more once it was fitted. The greenery did the job of disguising the background, and they enjoyed the improvement each day.

That is where a narrow roll can be especially useful. It adds a decorative surface to something that is already there, allowing nearby pots, seating or climbing plants to remain the focus. Against a solid fence, the leaves bring texture; across open rails, you will still see some light and detail through the gaps.

Shape the mesh around your project

The flexible backing can be bent, joined and trimmed. Lay it out before fitting to check the direction of the leaves and decide where the edges should end. If the area is taller than 50cm, plan additional screening rather than expecting this one strip to cover a full fence panel.

Use suitable fixings for the existing wall, frame or railing, keeping the roll supported along its length. The gallery photograph shows a larger garden display with greenery behind a swing seat; the furniture and decorative accessories are separate additions. Think of that as inspiration for a finished corner, while measuring your own space carefully.

A sheltered spot helps keep it tidy

The foliage has a UV- and weather-resistant finish, but customer experiences suggest some shelter is worthwhile. One owner noticed leaves coming loose in windy conditions. Another found colour differences when adding a second roll, so laying multiple pieces together before installation is a sensible way to judge the overall effect.

There is no watering, feeding or pruning to remember. Dust and garden grime can be rinsed away with water when needed. Check the leaf attachments after unrolling and again after rough weather, especially at exposed edges. For a small decorative job, this light, shallow screen offers a simple way to bring more green into the view without committing to a large wall of foliage.
