Soft yellow and white artificial lobelia hanging basket (25cm)

Description

A little softness goes a long way beside a front door. This blond lobelia hanging basket has a gentle mix of pale yellow and white flowers, tucked among small green leaves and clusters of buds. The stems spread out over a dark brown basket, making an informal, rounded display with plenty of leafy texture.

It is a quieter colour combination than a basket of bright reds or pinks. Against a grey fence, cream wall or painted doorway, the light flowers stand out without taking over. The close-up product photograph shows the little blossoms clearly, while the customer photograph gives a useful view of how the basket looks on an ordinary house.

A neat size for a porch or balcony

The basket measures approximately 25cm across. That makes it a good candidate for a smaller entrance, a balcony corner or a gap along a garden fence where a larger arrangement would feel crowded. The flowers reach beyond the rim, but this is still a compact basket: measure your intended spot before ordering if you are hoping for a large, cascading display.

Several customers mention the size. One was pleased with it on a balcony, while another felt it could have been bigger. A further buyer liked the overall effect but would have preferred more flowers to fill some gaps. Those comments are helpful when choosing between this light, leafy style and a densely packed ball of blooms.

Already arranged in its basket

The lobelia comes as a completed arrangement with its hanging chains, so there is no planting scheme to work out. After unpacking, spend a few moments separating any leaves that have pressed together and easing the stems into a comfortable shape. Let the flower heads face in slightly different directions rather than lining them all up.

The plastic flowers and foliage make a lightweight display, weighing approximately 930g. The brown, woven-look container is part of the display, and the pale hanging chains keep the arrangement visible against a darker background. Use a firmly fitted support appropriate for your wall or fence; a wall bracket is not included.

What owners have noticed

Positive reviews praise the appearance on porches and fences. A five-star buyer who supplied a photograph was particularly pleased with how convincing the flowers looked from nearby, while another liked the basket’s weight and overall quality. As with any artificial flowers, the effect will depend on the light and how closely they are viewed.

There is also some useful longer-term feedback. One owner bought the same design again after several years, explaining that the original had lasted well but its plastic flower stems had eventually begun to break. Another planned to store the basket over winter and clean it before bringing it back out in spring. That is a sensible approach if your hanging position catches harsh weather.

Colour without the watering round

This single basket is suitable for indoor or outdoor decoration. It needs no feeding, deadheading or regular watering, and there are no lights or batteries to maintain. An occasional gentle clean and a check of the hanging fittings are worthwhile, especially after a season outside.
