Artificial flowers are the perfect choice for a front door ‘wreath’ which can be changed up to match the season. From a delightfully cheery holly wreath to take you through the Christmas season to a pretty summer wreath made of twigs and woven with pretty summer blooms, artificial flowers are the perfect way to create a long lasting, realistic and vivid display. You are of course not limited to a wreath shape and can hang any arrangement of flowers, either on their own or woven into a wicker frame. There’s never the issue of choice that you have with real flowers, especially through the colder months – using artificial flowers means you have a full range to choose from year round.
3. Elegant topiaries and hanging baskets

Artificial flowers are a wonderful way to brighten up the fireplace at any time of year and it’s easy to change around the display with the seasons. Why not display a garland of colourful leaves through the autumn season or artificial holly and fresh red berries through winter time? Spring and summer are a great time to introduce pretty blooms and with artificial flowers, you won’t be limited by choice.
6. Floating flower bowl

For a simple and effective display, float the heads from your favourite artificial flowers in a bowl of water. Choose just a few of the same flower, a selection of petals or a combination of flowers to create a floating bouquet.
A beautiful creative display year round that lasts and lasts with very little maintenance – simply wipe down the sides of the bowl and change the water from time to time to keep everything clean and fresh.
Want to use real flowers instead? Use bubble wrap to stop the flowers from collecting water on their petals and slowly losing shape, sinking, or looking abnormally arranged (click here for a fab tutorial!)
